Parish Mission
This is a three-day formal parish mission, typically focusing on Eucharist as the source and summit of our life of prayer, worship and Apostolic mission. These often run from Sunday through Tuesday with an introduction/preview from me at all weekend masses. An optional fourth day can include closing Liturgy or Parish Celebration Concert. Contact us
Parish Mission Sample 3-Day Format:
Day 1: Conversion
Give me ears to listen... “Were not our hearts were burning when he spoke?” God’s Word changes our hearts when we listen and are open. Music embedded meditations, prayer and interaction on the stories of The Road To Emmaus and The Man Born Blind.
Day 2: Eucharist
Give me eyes to see... “In the breaking of the bread we knew Him.” Do we see Christ’s true presence in the Eucharist, the source and summit of our life of prayer and worship? What are we looking for?
Day 3: Evangelization
Give me words to speak... “At that moment they set out to tell the others.” Evangelization is the mandate of the Eucharist. The Apostolic Call of our Baptism is to go out and tell the good news...
